Professional Property Inspections
PRICING of SERVICES from PPI:
An inspection of a residential property (including manufactured homes) up to 2000 sq.ft.*
- In the areas of Susanville, Standish, Janesville, and Westwood the fee is $325.00.
- In the areas of Ravendale, Doyle, Lake Almanor, Mineral and Quincy the fee is $350.00.**
* The fee increases by $50 for every 500 s.f. (or portion thereof over 2000 square feet).
** The increase in fee is essentially a fuel surcharge. Reasonable travel time is not
considered in the pricing for inspections.
Inspection of pool or spa (in conjunction with home inspection) is $75.00.
Apartment units ($300.00 minimum)
- For 1-4 units the fee is $50.00 each.
- For 5-10 units the fee is $40.00 each.
Commercial property inspections
- For the first 5000 s.f. the fee is $650.00.
- For properties over 5000 s.f. the fee increases at a rate of $0.10/s.f.
